We do not partner with any hotels or third party bureaus exclusively. The Embassy Suites, DoubleTree, Hilton and Hyatt Regency are closest by proximity. 
 

Please be aware of scammers who may be trying to sell you on booking hotels on behalf of the CONTRAX shows.

No Suitcasing Policy

Suitcasing is the act of soliciting business in the aisles of the exhibition floor, in session rooms, networking events or in any other public space at CONTRAX by individuals or companies that have not paid for exhibit space.

 

CONTRAX Show Management reserves the right to remove any attendee whose conduct disrupts the event experience for exhibitors and buyers, at its sole discretion, without refunds.  Repeat or egregious violations may result in a ban from future CONTRAX events.

Companies wishing to connect with CONTRAX participants in a professional capacity should explore sponsorship opportunities that provide access to the CONTRAX audience and are subject to eligibility review.
